As details of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 unfold, numerous of our clients are asking what we are doing to keep you and your homes safe.
Like you, we are constantly monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC) Newsroom for updates and any changes that might affect the way we serve our clients.
We will also use hand sanitizer before entry and after exiting each home to maintain the integrity of that home without cross contamination.
We are ready, stocked up and willing to serve you during the time you need us the most. We know this time is especially hard for the elderly.
In an effort to help combat the virus we have added a few new cleaning steps to our regular services to keep your homes sanitized, clean and safe. We will also be wiping down handles, door knobs, light switches and all high touch areas. We are using CDC approved and recommended products. We are also happy to use any products you may already have or prefer us to use in addition to what we are already using.
Secondly, we are requiring any employee with a sniffle or high temperature to stay at home and not come to work. We will not not allow anyone with symptoms cleaning homes. We care about keeping you, your family and your home safe.
Here’s what we need from you:
Let us know what you need. Let your technician know if you would like her to wear gloves or masks while in your home. Call the office with any other requests.
- Vacuums. If you prefer we use your vacuum, just let the technician know.
- Cancel if sick. Please cancel your cleaning appointment if you or a family member is experiencing flu-like symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19. We will waive all cancellation fees.
- Pause service if necessary. We will gladly freeze your price for up to 60 days.
- Keep your distance. To protect you and your technician, we ask that you try to remain 3-6 feet away from each other.
We will keep you updated as the situation evolves.
Please feel free to reach out if you need anything or have any questions.
