As the manager and operations officer of a large cleaning corporation, she became well acquainted with the true needs of clients as well as the skill it takes to build and lead a strong, united team of field technicians. She brought many successful programs and fresh ideas to the company she formerly managed. Donnette also spent many years as a field technician, cleaning homes. She knows firsthand what it takes to make the industry a success. She strongly believes, to run a thriving house cleaning company that meets the demands of great customer service, one should be familiar with every facet of the business. She writes novels of mystery & suspense in her spare time.
